RETURNS

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days upon receiving of items. Items must be unworn and unwashed (Tag must still be intact & attached to clothing). Inspection of items will happen once shipped back to the return address provided. If items have been worn or washed return or exchange will not take place.

Accessories are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
(accessories include: blankets, bows, decor, and swimwear)
ALL SALES ON SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your exchange.
Returns are given in the form of store credit. An E-gift card will be issued.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size, please notify us which size you are needing.

Please note that exchanges are done based upon availability of sizes. If the desired size is not available you will be notified via email.

Returns

If you wish to return the item please note that it will be given in the form of store credit. Please notify us that you are requesting a return. This can be done via a note left in the package or by sending us an email at: dixierae19@gmail.com
An e-gift card will be distributed to your email.
Please note that if an email is not provided at the time of the return we will use the email provided on the original order.
